Central Private School, founded in 1967, is an independent college preparatory school with a tradition of excellence in education. CPS graduates are well-prepared for the world beyond secondary school, with 99% of graduates attending college. The five-year average ACT score is 23, and at least 70% of graduates qualify for TOPS. In the grades K-8, students consistently score 1-3 levels above their national median grade equivalents on the Stanford 10.
