The Central Private Student Council links the students and the school administration, allowing students to play an active role in their own education. A Student Council brings enthusiasm and fun to the school while providing a voice for students on all issues that affect them. It is a place where all students feel comfortable to voice their opinions, but also a place where a final decision can be reached and acted upon.

The purpose of the Student Council is to give students an opportunity to develop leadership skills by organizing and carrying out school activities and service projects. In addition to planning events that contribute to school spirit and community welfare, the Student Council is the voice of the student body. Student leadership provides opportunities for students to get involved and to learn skills that can be transferred to the workplace or community. Students can learn a lot by being a student leader and joining the Student Council.
