2026-2027 Academic Calendar

The Central Private Annual Gala is our biggest and most exciting fundraiser of the year, and you won’t want to miss it! Click the ticket for more information, and remember, you do not have to be present to win!

Ways to Support the Gala!

• PK3–8th Grade: Class Baskets
  Students in PK3 through 8th grade will participate in our class basket fundraiser. Brandi Pendergrass will be leading this effort and working with parents from each grade to create baskets that will be auctioned at the Gala. More information, including basket themes and donation details, will be coming soon.
• 9th–12th Grade: Gift Card Donations
  For students in grades 9–12, we are asking each student to donate at least one $25 gift card. Students are also encouraged to reach out to local businesses to have a gift card donated, so families do not necessarily have to purchase one themselves. These gift cards will be used for a fun Plinko game at the Gala!

• All Athletic Events and most school events are housed on the School Calendar. Please check there for the most up-to-date info!
• If you’re interested in supporting our Athletic program by becoming a corporate sponsor, click here for more information.
• Parents and students are welcome to submit photos for consideration for Central Private's social media platforms and yearbook. Please note that submission does not guarantee publication. Photos may be emailed to news@centralprivate.org for review.
• August 31st PTF Meeting in the Lower School Library. Click here to see the agenda!
