Projects:  Over the past nine years, the Central Private School Beta and Junior Beta Clubs have participated in many service projects.  Our primary fall project is in conjunction with Franklin Graham’s Samaritan’s Purse Ministry.  This year CPS Betas prepared, delivered, and paid the postage for 154 Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes.  Each spring our project stays a little closer to home as we provide Easter baskets to the residents at Lane Nursing Home in Zachary.  Last year CPS Betas prepared and delivered 107 Easter baskets, enough for every nursing home resident and every pediatric patient to enjoy.  Other service projects include collecting used cell phones for soldiers, helping with Central’s Cookin’ for the Kids, and assisting with Open House, Grandparent’s Day, and the annual Raffle Dinner at CPS.
