2012-2013 ENROLLMENT
The priority re-enrollment period for current school families is from February 6, 2012,
through February 25, 2012.
· For NEW school families, the enrollment period is from FEBRUARY 27, 2012 TO
MARCH 24, 2012.
REGISTRATION
· The annual registration fee is $450.00 per family for grades K-12. The registration fee is non-refundable. (NOTE: If registering a K3/K4 student only, the registration fee is $200.00)
· The registration fee may be split into two (2) payments:
For re-enrolling families: $225.00 when you enroll BY February 25 and $225.00 by March 25.
For new families: $225.00 when you enroll by March 24 and $225.00 by April 27
Enrollment papers MUST be turned in by MARCH 24 with at least $225.00 of the registration fee.
· AFTER FEBRUARY 25 (re-enrolling families) or APRIL 27 (new families), registration is $550.00 payable in two (2) installments, the first installment of $350.00 due at the time of registration and the second installment of $200.00 due in 30 days from date of registration.
MEMBERSHIP
A family entering Central Private School for the first time (K-10) is required to purchase a $500.00 Certificate of Membership, payable at the time of registration or in two payments of $250 at the time of registration and $250 by January 31 of that school year. This will enable all children of that family to attend CPS and is non-refundable and non-transferable. (No membership is required for K3/K4 but may be purchased at the time of entry if desired.)

If entering an eleventh grade student only, membership is $250.00

If entering a twelfth grade student only, membership is $250.00
Should an enrolled student withdraw, be dismissed, or be absent for any reason, the family membership with Central Private School shall be forfeited effective from the date the student is released by Central Private School. If the student returns to Central Private School at a later date, the family membership will have to be paid in full before the student is allowed to enroll at Central Private School.
TUITION
All families are required to sign a contract even if payment is received in full at the time of registration. There are two (2) payment options:
1. Payment in full which is due by July 1. We accept cash, check or credit card.
2. Automatic Bank Draft. You may choose to make the payments over 10 or 12 months, beginning in June. The withdrawals will be made on the 5th of each month, starting JUNE 5, 2012. A $15.00 set-up fee required by the bank will be collected at registration for this service. Any returned withdrawals (NSF) will be charged a $30.00 fee by the school.
Separate checks are required for membership, registration, tuition, fees, after school care, lunch accounts, class fees, etc. Do not combine into one check.

$ 9,300.00/yr for 2 students grades K3-6 $ 9,700.00/yr for 2 students grades 7-12
$13,800.00/yr for 3 students grades K3-6 $14,400.00/yr for 3 students grades 7-12
$ 9,500.00/yr for 1 student (grades 7-12) and 1 student (grades K3-6)
$14,000.00/yr for 1 student (grades 7-12) and 2 students (grades K3-6)
$14,200.00/yr for 2 students (grades 7-12) and 1 student (grades K3-6)
All monies owed by a student must be paid before the student can take his/her nine-weeks or semester examinations.
Fees
· $45 Technology Fee per student (to a maximum of 3 per family);
· $45 Building Maintenance Fee per student ( to a maximum of 3 per family); and
. $10 Student Accident Insurance per student
These fees may be paid in two installments: 1st due at registration; 2nd due April 27. If registration occurs after APRIL 27, fees are due in full upon registration.
Depending on the student's grade and schedule, there may also be additional class-specific fees which are billed after classes begin.
Summer Maintenance
A family may request $100.00 worth of summer maintenance work pending their approval by the school. Payment is in the form of tuition credit, with payment made upon completion and inspection of the work.
K3 and K4 Information
Registration for a K3 or K4 student is $200.00. No membership is required for K3/K4, but membership may be purchased at the time of entry if desired.
A student must be 3 years old by June 30 for K3, fully potty trained, and lunchroom sufficient.
A student must be 4 years old before September 30 for K4.
A student must be 5 years old before September 30 for Kindergarten.
A student must be 6 years old before September 30 for 1st grade.
